Qualtrics

Qualtrics is the survey software used by Webster University.

All students using Qualtrics are required to have a sponsor to oversee their use of Qualtrics and to advise them when their project requires approval from the Institutional Review Board.

Faculty and Staff sponsors should begin using the Qualtrics Access Request Form for all student access requests (research projects, university work assignments, or projects associated with a recognized student organization). Receipt of the submission form will be acknowledged by Faculty Development Center staff, who will also provide the student access. Access requests that come directly from a student must be approved by a sponsor before new access or an extension on current access can be made.
