The following steps will guide you on how to access your Connections Account.

Step 1: Go to connections.webster.edu.

Step 2: Provide your Webster.edu email address, which you'll find in your Acceptance/New Hire letter.

Step 3: Use the temporary password provided at the sign-in screen.

Step 4: Set up 2 Factor Authentication (2FA) by following the on-screen instructions. This involves downloading the Microsoft Authenticator app. If you're unable to download the app, contact the IT Service Desk and submit a "2FA Exemption Form."

Step 5: After setting up 2FA, create a new password. It must be at least 12 characters long and include at least one capital letter, a number, and a special character.

Step 6: Once these steps are completed, you'll have access to Connections.
